We used Carrie Bee Tong to buy and sell our house. We spoke to her of buying a house. She spent hours answering our questions, providing all the data of the house we like. She was very responsive to ours needs and was always available when we needed her. She did not push us to buy the house we like rather than quickly trying to “sell” you for a commission. Finally, with her help, we finally bought the house we love. Then after few months later we started planning to sell our previous house and she was there for us. Few days later she put it in the markets. After 10 days, we got an offer but the buyer couldn’t get a loan. We are back to market. She tireless helping us. When we left to my country to attend my mother in law funeral. After few days later, we got another offered but we are out of the country. She still help me to negotiate and finalize the deals for us. We finally sold our house and really appreciate what she had done to help us. Not only we take her as a real estate agent but a friend indeed.
