Wow! That's honestly the first thought that comes to mind when I think of the home buying experience with BeckyJean. During the most complicated move of my life, getting out of the military, moving across the country, changing jobs, finishing a degree, and taking care of a three-year-old, BeckyJean was able to help my family find a great home in a fantastic neighborhood at a time that the market inventory is way down. Initially, we only had four days to look at homes in person. We had an offer accepted but backed out following inspections. BeckyJean was not phased in the least and we immediately shifted to virtual showings. Not ideal, but she was so thorough that there were zero surprises. On the closing day, there was an inspection that had to happen to make sure that the HVAC system was functioning properly. There was a sensor to improve the energy efficiency of the system that none of us were aware of. She ensured that the seller covered the cost of the inspection and she stayed at the home until the technician was complete. She owned the process from start to finish! BeckyJean went above and beyond what was required or expected for helping find our family home, and she has my highest recommendation for any real estate needs in MA or CT.
