Becky wasn't my agent going into the buy of my manufactured home, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and she always had answers. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, excellent agent. That being said I was surprised by the condition of the home I bought and the many repairs I personally had to take care of. But I personally don't think everything that needed to be done and fixed was in her knowledge. It was hidden pretty well by the seller and she seemed as surprised as I was by the amount of remodeling necessary to move in.

Met her in December 2023 to start looking at homes Whole I was in California she emailed me I came back in February and found one and after going back home changed my plans. When I moved here in April found a home builder and lot. Home was completed in September. Becky was alway there when I had meeting with the builder. Becky will give you 100% getting through the process of purchasing a home.
