Full disclosure, we do share beautiful grandchildren, so saying that you can decide if that factors into my dealings with Becky. Becky knows the real estate world where many youngsters do not understand the power of negotiation. She works very hard to make sure you get the best price for either your house or your dollar. She and her team are there, step by step, with you throughout the whole experience. The only property I sold that I did not use her (it was a joint venture &the partner wanted to use 1%) was a horrific experience. I figured we actually lost about $10K in profits not to mention having our agent actually yelling at me during the closing in front of the buyers! Yes, this really happened! Becky & her team are all very professional, knowledgeable experts in the real estate field. They are upfront and honest. This is what I want when I’m either buying or selling property.
