She and her team are there, step by step, with you throughout the whole experience. The only property I sold that I did not use her (it was a joint venture &the partner wanted to use 1%) was a horrific experience. I figured we actually lost about $10K in profits not to mention having our agent actually yelling at me during the closing in front of the buyers! Yes, this really happened!
