When first walking in to Pfeifer Realty in Sanibel, I knew we were in good hands when Becky Mulka was assigned to us. Aside from her friendly demeanor, she listened to our wish list and concerns. She explained various things we needed to consider in purchasing a home such as wind and flood insurance, homeowners associations, deeded beach access and so much more. Negotiations were tough, and Becky hung in there and got us the best deal possible. As someone who has had recent unpleasant dealings with realtors as a seller, I am grateful that as a buyer we found a realtor as patient, informative, knowledgeable and nice as Becky Mulka. If you are looking to buy a home in the Sanibel area, I could not recommend her more highly.
