Becky Lascano

Becky helped my family and I buy our first house and the experience was easy and wonderful. She and Alicia partnered together to help me view the house several times to putting in an offer to doing inspections to buying and doing all the paperwork that came with it, and all in an expedited manner. I never realized buying a house was so much work but fortunately I didn’t have to do any of it except sign the closing documents. The amount of work Becky put in to helping me buy my house was enormous and there is no way I could have done this without her. I do not know any realtor lingo so she helped answer all my questions and talk to the sellers realtor to get things organized and moving in the right direction. We went through the process relatively quickly I feel, I have not bought a house before so I can not confirm this is normal, but it all happened within a few months and I didn’t feel stressed, pressured, or confused at any point. She explained everything at every step of the way so I was well informed so I would never feel I would regret my decision, and now I am happy to say that I call this house my home, we have remodeled, decorated and made neighbor friends. We plan on being here for a long time! :)

Becky has a vast knowledge of the rules and laws of real estate and a great knowledge of the properties that are for sale throughout the Denver metropolitan area. She always worked with me to market, show, and sell each property by highlighting the unique and special qualities of my existing home and then worked tirelessly to find the next property which met my needs and appealed to me. Becky always made herself available to answer any questions or concerns that I have had throughout each purchase and sale. She recently handled the sale of my property in Castle Pines. I moved to another state but if I were in need of a realtor in Colorado she would always be my choice.
