We bought a house and lived in it for 10 years. When it was time to sell we called Becky. Not ever being on the selling end, we were completely lost. She told us what "improvements" were needed to obtain the best possible price in the current market. She marketed the house through multiple medias and we had a few interested parties. We were provided with feedback after they finished viewing the house. So we knew what was working and what wasn't. While all this was going on Becky was also helping us find a home. Our needs and wants had changed since the last time we bought a house (2 kids and 2 dogs and lots of stuff was added to our lives). We saw several homes all over the Metro Detroit area. She offered her professional opinion, allowed us to bring along family and friends for 2nd opinions and was very welcoming to all of our comments. When it came time for an offer she was wonderful. The offer was accepted but unfortunately the house didn't appraise. Becky gathered information on recently sold homes and did everything she could to get the house appraised correctly for us. Unfortunately, to no avail. At that point, we decided to have a house built in a local sub-division. Again, Becky stepped up and worked with the Sales Agent and negotiated dates, prices the whole package. When the builder didn't follow through, Becky was there to make things right. She went on the walk through with us, she was there when we closed. It was great to have her by our side through it all. I wouldn't go through either process of selling or buying without having a professional agent. If/When the time comes Becky will be our first call. She is the person we recommend when a friend or family is in the market for a home. She has bought and sold so many homes with my family, it's like she is part of the family!

Becky Johnson was definitely the best Realtor we could have asked for, she is very personable and easy to talk to—which put us very much at ease when starting this process, especially since it was our first home-buying experience. My husband and I had several specific ideas about the area and type of house we were looking for so Becky set us up with e-mail listings so we could see everything in our budget and with our requested specifications as they came on the market. Anytime we wanted to see a house, Becky was very flexible and easy to schedule an appointment with around our work schedules. She is very knowledgeable about quality issues of homes (recognizing what could be potentially serious problems, such as mold or cracks in the foundation, the age of windows/roofs, etc.) and was willing to talk to us about these issues so it was something we could take into consideration with each home. Becky also was very knowledgeable about the benefits of the homes, she could tell when things were well taken-care of and properly built/repaired. Once we found our house, we put in an offer and Becky worked diligently with the seller’s agent to get us the house for the price we offered as well as with the concessions we requested. We have been in our home a little over a year now and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend Becky to any of our friends or family that are looking to buy or sell homes in the future.
