Becky was friendly, kind and funny, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her! As far as being a good Realtor, that is where the super powers are activated. She knew all there was to know about buying a home and took extra care in my situation because the house I purchased was an old farmhouse that is 100yrs old. She made sure that every drop of water seen in the basement was taken care of, every pipe was checked for tree roots, the water spouts from the gutters had to be moved so that the walls of the basement never showed moisture on the interior, some areas of the basement ceiling were drooping, so I have posts that secured those. If there were phone calls to make or anything that I had to do as a buyer, I got texts with the business name, what to ask for, and the phone number. Or, she would handle anything I wasn't comfortable handling. I am still so impressed and thankful that I had an agent who knew her stuff!! I would recommend her as a top notch Realtor for people both familiar and unfamiliar with the purchase of a home. Either way, she is an asset that made the whole process go as quickly as it could, and as smoothly as possible!

She was very knowledgeable about the steps we needed to go through to prep our house for sale and to sell it. Becky included practical options. She was great on continuing to walk us through every step of the process. She was knowledgeable about the market. She provided us with a spreadsheet to explain the net cash we could expect to receive. She was excellent at communicating about the myriad of documents we needed to sign and the process. From the start I knew I picked the agent in a sea of agents. Becky guided through the initial process. I gave her the areas I wanted to live in. She in turn gave me the best options for those areas. She knew what to look for when looking at homes. While, the overall appearance is important. She went beyond that. "Let's look beyond the color of interior, and focus on the age of the roof, hot water heater, furnace". When the lender was lacking in the processing of the loan she had them in check.
