In spite of a lot of issues, Becky showed patience, ethics and reliability in carrying out her role in the sale of our property. She handled the many requirements promptly for the property while we (the Owners) were away.

I highly recommend Becky Ashby when you are wanting to sell and/or purchase a home. Her attention to detail is exceptional and does not stop working for you. She puts you first and is always available via phone, text and email. She just does not agree with you when you have interest in a home, she gives her input on the good/bad and points out things that you (the buyer) might not notice or know. She gets an undertanding of what kind of home you are looking for so that the buyer can find their next forever home.

Becky is an outstanding agent and went above and beyond selling our property. We don't actually live in Nevada but Becky made sure when someone needed to get into the property that they had access. Additionally, she visited the property several times during escrow to make sure everything was in order. She even pulled an errant screw out of the garbage disposal when the buyer's inspector heard a weird noise coming from it (I know this is not a normal service provided by a Realtor!)
