Bebe was very pleasant to work with, even when things got tough. I was in escrow 3 times, before the deal finally went through. It was very stressful at times, and we had to adjust the price, based on new market conditions, but she kept her cool, and we just kept going. She advised me well, on what the market was doing, and how the possible buyers were looking, and we got to the finish line.
