Beau is simply amazing! I was recommended to him by my little sister, who also purchased her home with his guidance. Moving from VA - I was unsure about which areas were best, where the best spot was for me to be and the logistics of the overall Charlotte housing market -- but Beau took care of all of that for me and made buying a house in a new state an absolute breeze! After very quicky getting set up on the MLS portal I began firing off notes/requests about the various houses I liked. With the market being so hot, I was always coming in a little too late, even with Beau’s prompt responses. When my house hit the market I immediately texted Beau (probably too early in the morning) and asked for him to check it out. I was still in Richmond, VA and wasn’t going to be able to make it in time - so Beau adjusted his schedule and made she he was able to view the property for me.
