Beau Bruneau

My wife and I had just moved back to Minnesota after living in Denver for the past 5 years. With the added stress of new jobs and a baby on board, the last thing we wanted was to create more chaos while buying a home. We were so thankful to have someone like Beau to help us out on our process. He was able to get a sense of our style and expanded on the potential we may have over-looked. When it was all said and done we realized that our demanding deadline would not have been met with out Beau's help.

The most important quality in any Realtor is that they can quickly and thoroughly understand what their customer wants to achieve. Beau was outstanding at this. He "got" us and then did an extensive and exhaustive job of trying to fulfill those needs. He was always patient and never pushy. He offered his opinion thoughtfully when requested and was very responsive to our requests. He understands customer services and proactively went out of his way to help us with details. And his care and service has continued after the deal was closed, continuing to help us through various home owner needs in a new marketplace for us. I would highly recommend Beau, and have done so repeatedly already. My wife was a Realtor in our former home state so she understands the business well, and she too was very impressed with Beau's approach.
