review: Beatrice Garner
Bea was wonderful..she was my agent for both...the purchase of my new townhouse on West Wesley and selling of home on Dellwood....she held my hand, answered all my questions, making sure that I asked the right ones of inspectors, suggested seller/buyer's insurance I needed for both properties, etc. She really "covered all the bases"...checked to be sure I had all of the information I might need and made copies of all the forms etc that I needed at both closings. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that really cared about you, her client. She made the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible
