I was introduced to Beatrice by a good friend who used her as an agent in the purchasing of their home. They had nothing but great things to say about her. When it was time for me to sell my coop, I knew exactly who to call (Beatrice.) Coops can be tricky to sell, but her expertise made me feel at ease with selling. She knew the market very well and kept me calm when I would lose my cool after a viewing. She is a humble person who gives good advice, which always turns out to be true. I got mad at her because I was frustrated that my coop didn't sell even though I got two reasonable offers that I declined. She humbly forgave me and kept me calm. Shortly after that, I got another great offer, and we accepted. An agent who is there to tell their client the truth and keep them calm at the same time is good, and that is Beatrice. She is an amazing soul. Not to mention she bought PPE's and placed them in my vacant home for viewers (with her own money.) She is such a caring person. I love her. You won't regret having her as your agent.
