Being in the military sometimes requires frequent moves which can be quite stressful. I knew that I wanted to buy a house and knew that it would take some time, so I started my search a couple of months before moving halfway across the country. After submitting interest in a home, Zillow paired me with Beatrice Covington and I couldn't be more pleased! From the beginning, Beatrice was available to go look at any home I was interested in no matter how far from the city it was! She was able to walk through each home while her assistant video called me so that I could see in real time. If video call didn't work, she took videos and sent them to me. She was honest with her thoughts with each home which was important because I couldn't see them in person myself and it's because of that, that I never got the feeling she was just trying to make a quick sale. When I finally found the home I loved, Beatrice was available on the spot to discuss the process of making an offer. Even though I hadn't seen the home in person, I trusted her opinions that she gave during the video walk through. Once the offer was submitted, the whirlwind of buying a home began, and Beatrice was right there with me the whole time. She was knowledgeable of the entire process, professional, well spoken, hilarious, kept me in communication throughout the buying experience, and offered positive encouragement when we hit some bumps in the road. Beatrice had an amazing personality which made it feel more like she was a family friend than a stranger from the internet. After moving to the area and once all of the bumps were ironed out, it was a smooth process which ended with a nice meeting in Beatrice's office where we celebrated closing and left with a nice closing gift from Beatrice and her team.
