Excellent services and experience.

Having worked with different agents in the past, we weren’t expecting anything specific with Beata Nowak. Yet she has surprised us tremendously in a good way. She is experienced, great communicator, always on time, does what she tells you she’ll do. We have listed our house and with her guidance and negotiation skills we have received an offer well over our asking price. Where two other similar properties in our subdivision has sold for below asking price, our house was the only one that sold for significantly more. We would love to work with her in the future.
