Beata is sharp,honest and incredibly efficient. She has been my agent for quite some time, and has helped me purchase/sell multiple properties in record time that I have rehabbed. She handles all the negotiations like a pro. She uses advanced technologies to promote the sale of the property by using videos, flyers, brochures, etc. Just recently She has found a beautiful home for my daughter in the suburbs, and they are extremely happy. Realtor Ms Beata she is wonderful.We’re looking for a bigger house and she was a great help.She never said no to us when we called her to make appointment to see a house,always was the day and time when we wanted to go.Even when we wanted to add another tour hour before scheduled appointment she told us let me call and make it happen.She also was great with giving advice about the property’s and how we can do improve when she saws we did not lakes what we were looking at.
