She is patient. We started the process in July 2020 and didn't complete until May 2021. She is helpful. I received a lot of information and suggestions on what I needed to do to help sell the house as well as what I did not need to do. She is experienced. She has sold a lot of housed in the area. She has knowledge of current house pricing and results of past sales. Also seems to know what buyers are looking for. She is involved. She organizes activities such as picnics and annual yard sales in the area. She is a friend. She took the time to get to know me and my family and showed her appreciation at the end of the sale. She is goal oriented. Her goals drives her to be the success she is. I can highly recommend.
