Bayani helped my fiancée and I find our first home, and the process was SO smooth and not as stressful as I thought it would be. Given this was our first home purchase we were very clueless & had A LOT of questions, Bayani patiently answered and explained everything (sometimes 2-3) until we understood it. Bayani has amazing communication skills, whether it’s negotiating with the seller, dealing with the lender or escrow, he’ll always put his clients first. & that is definitely someone you want to have as your agent! One of my favorite things about Bayani is that he is genuine, he really tries his best to find you a home that fits you and doesn’t just try to sell you any home.
