We recently sold our house with Bart as our listing agent. Our experience with him was nothing but great and wonderful. He showed enthusiasm and integrity the first time we met. Even before our first meeting while we were still combing through agents to list with, he had come way more prepared than other agents we had interviewed. Since it was our first time selling a home, he has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Not only was he knowledgeable about the market and economy, he was also more tech savvy than the other agents we looked into. His professionalism has gone even further to hire a photographer to take pictures of the house. It actually took two trips for photo shoots to cover both day and night scenes. Most agents in Bakersfield I've known would not go that extra mile to help you sell. The pictures came out great and well represented of the house and it sure helped sell our beloved first. He also offered a professional staging But itw was not necessary in our case. He was always on time and able to return my questions, whether through email, text message or phone, within 20 minutes or less. One of the best thing about having him as our agent was the fact we were out of town while the house was on the market and we relied on him heavily to make sure our house was secured and locked after every showing. Bart was really good about it. When the house was in escrow, we ran into problems with the buyer's lender time after time. But Bart was always cool headed and showed his negotiation skill to expedite things along. Selling a house, especially the first house, was both emotional and mind demanding We owe our thanks to him to make the process as painless as possible.
