Bart Poladsky

Bart Poladsky is a terrific person with outstanding real estate skills. I would give Bart 100 stars but this website only allows a 5 star rating. Allow me to provide FOUR examples to support my assessment of Bart. FIRST, when moving from Minnesota to Colorado, after being shown close to 30 "undesirable" houses by a different agent, we switched to Bart, and the first 3 houses he showed us where PERFECT!! Bart listens carefully to his customers and helps them to find exactly what they are looking for to meet style and preferences. SECOND, Bart listed our Colorado property in Jan 2019. After listing, he immediately did one open house and sold our house within 7 days. My husband and I were DELIGHTED! Bart did a terrific job negotiating on our behalf to make sure we sold the Colorado property at a price that enabled us to pay cash for a house in Georgia. THIRD, most agents would be done with their clients when moving out of state. However, that was not the case with Bart. Bart got involved and made sure we found the perfect house in Georgia. There was one house in Georgia that we really wanted (but was sold) and then the house came back on the market and BART discovered this information even before the Georgia agent was aware. FOURTH, after we found our house in Georgia, Bart coached me and made sure that my decision making was not short-sighted. I am very happy with the house we purchased in Georgia and it was because Bart got involved and made sure that I did not walk away from this deal because of things that could be easily corrected. In short, Bart looks out for his client's best interest even when they are relocating outside of his jurisdiction.
