Bart is a very "no pressure" kind of realtor. He works hard for you but never puts any pressure to buy anything. He made sure to give us as many options as he could find and let us make the choice at the pace we wanted!

We were most grateful for the awesome assistance that Bart gave us when purchasing our home. We lived in a different state and would look at houses available online....this always provides interesting dynamics! Bart would let us know of homes available and then we would have our son "go check them out". The whole buying process was very uneventful so that on the day we drove our U-Haul to Rapid City, we were able to sign all the closing documents that day and move in!
