Enjoyed working with Barry and his wife Angela. They went over and beyond my expectations. They even helped me pack stuff. They made selling my mom's house less stressful and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely would recommend Barry to sell your house.
Barry was very nice person. A caring and helpful relator as if he was your friend. He explained all the steps of selling a home. He demonstrated concern towards what we wanted to sell at. Advised what would be a right price. If we asked for more he did whatever we asked for. Aside from being a realtor he helped us with getting rid of furniture and even delivering our belongings to my other home. I must say I have never seen a realtor that would go above and beyond in helping people. I just wish he was there til the end of our transactions. Unfortunately he had to leave to another state but left us with another agent in charge.
Barry and Angie did an outstanding job preparing our house for sale. I doubt that anyone else would have done one tenth of what they accomplished. Our house was 33 years old and they made it look almost new. 5 stars are not enough. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Mr. Summers had good market knowledge and that was appreciated. He often went above and beyond the "call of duty" to assist me in preparing my home for sale. I am rating him low because he was not professional. More than once he spoke loudly and over me in an argumentative tone when I asked a valid question about the sale of my home. Interestingly, my concerns proved to be valid and correct. Upon the closing of my home, I received no word from Mr. Summers. I expected a common and professional "thank you for your business", "best of luck always", "nice working with you." I heard nothing. This was surprising since he and I texted almost daily for 3 months. This lack of communication made it appear to me that as soon as he received his money from the sale of my home, that there was no reason to be kind or cordial; very disappointing. Sadly, this lack of professionalism also negated any kindness he or his partner "Angela" showed me during the 3 months we worked closely together to sell my house. As a Customer, I was shown no respect and this for me is unacceptable in a Realtor I hired.
Barry was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and never tried to pressure me to make a sale. He followed thru till the end and was even helpful after the sale. I would highly recommend Barry for any of your real estate needs because you won’t be disappointed. You will also gain a new friend!
