RESPONSIVE is the word I'd use to describe Barry Smith. I ended up working with Barry to sell my house and buy another because he responded so quickly to my first inquiry. I was working with another realtor who took days to respond, and in the real estate world, that just doesn't work. Every time we needed Barry to meet us to look at a house, he responded immediately and was available. No questions asked. There was never a time that Barry was not able to meet us on Friday afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
