Hands down, the most effective realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I needed to put a contract on a home and had 10 days or less to make it happen. Based upon a recommendation, I arrived unannounced in Barry's office. He immediately cleared his schedule to show us the market and accommodate my compressed timeline and 4 days later we had a contract. The deal went flawlessly and as a result, we have continued a professional relationship for over a decade now.
