Barry found my first home! After working with another realtor before him and putting six offers on different houses I got discouraged until I was referred to Barry. The first day we looked at houses I found "the one" and put an offer in and was accepted. Later finding out it wasn't the best offer but Barry made sure I was preapproved for a mortgage and put in a good word to the sellers agent that gave me a leg up. I'm now in my first home and Barry helped every step of the way to make sure my house was move in ready!
