I highly recommend Barry as a realtor. Barry assisted us with the sale of our father's house after he passed away. Given that my father's home was over 60 years old it needed some updating. Barry was able to recommend some quick, easy, and affordable updates to the home to modernize it. Most of the updates we could do ourselves, but the ones we either couldn't do or didn't have time to do, Barry not only found a contractor for us, but scheduled and managed the work for us. This was extremely helpful for us given everything we were dealing with at the time. Not only did Barry sell our house in the first weekend, but we got multiple offers over the asking price. We were able to close on the house two months after my father's passing.
