Barry is not only a friend, but an awesome agent. The person who bought my house was supposed to go through anything attorney. Once he started working with Barry, there was no need for an attorney. Barry was so on top of everything from day one. I was actually in the process of selling my dad's house in Pittsburgh, selling my house in hanover and buying property in north carolina, all at the same time. Had 3 closings in two weeks. Barry's selling of my property was by far the easiest. I will forever be grateful for all of Barry's help and professionalism. Every time something came up, I was notified immediately, and Barry kept the people in north carolina in the loop as well. They were also very appreciative of his help and professionalism.
