Barry is an extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind agent. He was able to answer all of questions in a timely fashion and demonstrated patience with explanations. He also suggested an aggressive yet reasonable listing price that enabled us to sell the house in just a few weeks. We liked how he assembled a book showcasing our home at his expense. A lot of people looked at our house online. Though we only had 4 shows, 1 resulted in a sale.

Barry exceeded our expectations in his marketing of our property, his being there when the house was shown, and his responsiveness to our needs. We could not have had a better person to help us sell our home.

Barry is obviously very experienced and professional, responsive and courteous in my work with him. He exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
