Barry was extremely knowledgeable on helping me complete my first home purchase. Found a listing that was only up for 2 days, got in to view the place the next day, submitted offers and very attentive while helping with the whole negotiation process. Barry went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with all involved parties, closing was completed on time, helped with HOA, and helped with many other issues you don't even think about. Highly recommended!
