Barry Frank always had our best interests in mind.
We've known Barry for a number of years as a friend. Although hesitant to mix business and friendship I'm glad I did and learned something in the process. Barry was not interested in a quick deal, he took the time and used his extensive experience to guide us through a thicket of situations with Sellers with a wide range of expectations; some logical and some unrealistic. He managed the stressful points of negotiation with calm demeanor and a very, factual, detail-oriented approach. Most important he wanted us to have the house and situation that we wanted understanding our hopes and plans for a new home. We strongly recommend Barry without hesitation.
