Working with Barry was a dream. Selling a house is stressful, but Barry was there every step of the way. His knowledge of local real estate knows no bounds. He offered his incredible knowledge to me from start to finish. He stayed on top of everything and was extremely responsive. He was available to me whenever I needed him. His knowledge of getting the house ready for sale (improvements, painting, curb appeal, etc.) was invaluable. Even when showing my home, it was not a big disruption to my life. He made it so easy! He is honest, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and does whatever he can to make this difficult process seemless and easy. I thought this experience would be very stressful, but it really wasn't.
