As an out of state investor it was critical that we found a realtor with deep market experience. Barry new every street, every builder, every market rent. This local knowledge gave my wife and myself the confidence to purchase our second home. As the closing approached Barry's connections with attorney's, insurance, as well as property repair and management was second to none. His easy going personality was exactly what we need in making such an important difficult decision. I must say without Barry I do not think we would own a home in the Outer Banks.
