Barry showed us a few homes, we were looking at fixer uppers. We made an offer on a short sale in February of 2018 and we closed 18 months later in August of 2019. The entire time, Barry was available, he reached out, contacted the sellers broker, pushed the pace of the process, and kept the other side engaged.
