Nothing can sum Barry up other than excellence. Barry made the good time's fun and the hard time's easy. I have worked with several agents in the past and none have come close the Barry's level of service, knowledge, resourcefulness, and EQ.

Fantastic experience with a world class agent and brokerage. Is it possible to sell a listing in hours? It is! Highly recommended.

Excellent knowledge of a wide area of Western Carolina, everything from small neighborhoods to giant houses on the lake. Barry is the consummate professional, working diligently and at all kinds of hours to make sure his clients are taken care of. He was generous with his time and showed us a range of homes that met our criteria and helped us make a decision. The purchase was smooth and we now have the lake house we wanted. The seemingly overnight success of the brokerage he started in 2017 is a testament to the dedication and determination he has. Highly recommended!

Barry did everything possible to make our home purchase a great experience! He always made himself available to answer our needs whether it was to show property or answer questions.
