Alicia never stopped working and keeping us updated on progress on the sale of our house. This was not our first experience with Alicia and it probably will not be our last. She is certainlytop notch and the hardest-working person I know!
Alicia and Gary helped us sell our home last September. We had some tricky situations with contingincies and other finance things (from the other party) that slowed things down. To complicate matters, we needed to have back-to-back closings so that we could move out of one house and into the other. Alicia was great at pushing the process forward, insisting that we get the information we deserved to have, and helping us to have the right communications with the right people so that we could move on the day that we had planned. She and her team are a 5-star group.

Alicia and her group did a fantastic job of marketing our home. We have bought and sold a number of homes over about a 50 year span and I would say they did the best job of anyone we have dealt with.
I was really afraid that selling our 30 year old house was going to be troublesome, but in talking with Alicia and team and receiving their guidance we were given the opportunity to fix up what we needed to in order to get the house marketable to where we could get a fair price for it. They were willing to come and meet with us multiple times prior to the listing. That definitely increased the trust we had for her and the team. It was finally time to list the house, and four hours after the listing we recd the first offer. A few hours later we recd the second offer, which we closed on approximately 4 weeks later.
