Nobody’s going to take care of you like Barbie! Not only did she crush selling my house and keep everyone in check, but was a pit bull in helping with dealing with the new construction folks in buying my new house. Barbie is the best at what she does and has out performed her self while assisting me as well as everyone I have referred to her.
House actually sold in Oct, but some deed issues that had to be resolved extended closing until late Dec. Barbie kept 5 different parties updated and apprised of new requirements. Final result was a successful sale and happy parties all around; largely due to Barbie's persistence and patience. A+
