We actually began our home search with a different agent, however after running into some challenges we sought out a new agent who knew the area and market a little better. Moving from over 2,000 miles away, it was important to us to have an agent who we could trust and who would be able to carve out dedicated time for us during the few short trips we were able to make to the area. Barbie was always on time and was very professional yet personable. Although we found quite a few of the houses to look at (the buyer's option entirely), Barbie was very capable of finding homes that were in line with what we were looking for. She cares about the wants and needs of the buyer. After two home purchases, we'd highly recommend Barbie to others who are looking to purchase in East TN.
