Barb is a very nice person, but I would not recommend this company to sell your home.
First contact with Altobelli stated our home would easily sell for 550,000.00 range. Upon second contact, they denied saying it would sell for this. Asked about open house and Barb was hesitant and stated very few home sales result in open houses, but later agreed. When we asked how much the home was appraised for, was told, "you don't need to know that, it's really not your business, the new owner paid for the appraisal.". Barb did not show the home once, another realty did. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
