Barbara is an amazing realtor. She helped us buy and sell our first house. She was involved in every step, and she was always available to talk. She was genuinely 'looking out for us'. Although we always made the final decision, she would allow us to see the pros/cons of every decision we make neutrally. She is a great communicator and she is smart. She knows infrastructure and construction, which is helpful. Finally, she helped us find contractors, and when needed supervised the work. We were out of town when we sold our house. Barbara had our power of attorney. She was the eyes of us in Indianapolis as well as it shows how much we trust her.
