Barbara Weidman is amazing!

When looking for a new home in Salinas, Barbara Weidman was recommended to us and we are so glad she was! Barbara exceeded our expectations and in fact, outperformed any other realtor we have worked with over the past forty years. Throughout each step of the process, we found her to be very knowledgeable, professional, personable and clearly an excellent listener. Learning our needs and wants, and expectations; Barbara did a superb job finding properties that fit the bill. And, despite the fact we lived 200 miles away, always made herself available in accommodating our own erratic and somewhat inflexible schedule. Home buying can be extremely stressful. The combination of Barbara's experience, expertise, guidance, plus her calm, yet upbeat demeanor was invaluable. She kept us informed and on track at every step of the purchasing process. Barbara's proactive and keen negotiating skills headed off the problematic complications we experienced with our last home purchase in 2014. And, when our lender turned out to be a nightmare, the person she hooked us up with was just the opposite - amazingly competent and communicative.
