Barb immediately communicated via email and phone when responding to my request to see a particular home through Zillow. She had knowledge and familiarity with all of the areas that were of interest to me. During our first conversation, Barb was enthusiastic and very hopeful in helping me find my home even though I was not confident that I would find anything. She became well aware of my preferences and advised me on what would be realistic and practical for my budget. She was quick to research all the homes I wanted to see and provided me with so many other additional listings I was not aware of. She suggested another lender's point of view so I would feel more comfortable with my own choice for a lender. In finding my home, Barb encouraged me to write a letter to the seller, stating reasons why I really wanted the home. She made all the appointments for me during escrow, was available to answer all my calls, and even traveled to my work to ease some of my responsibilities. Knowing my time constraints, Barb helped expedite the process by being actively in contact with my lender. Barb really talked me through every step of the way as a first time homebuyer. I felt very at ease and am very happy I worked with Barb.
