Barb immediately communicated via email and phone when responding to my request to see a particular home through Zillow. She had knowledge and familiarity with all of the areas that were of interest to me. During our first conversation, Barb was enthusiastic and very hopeful in helping me find my home even though I was not confident that I would find anything. She became well aware of my preferences and advised me on what would be realistic and practical for my budget. She was quick to research all the homes I wanted to see and provided me with so many other additional listings I was not aware of. She suggested another lender's point of view so I would feel more comfortable with my own choice for a lender.
