From the outset, Barbara proved to be a solid sale representative with a clear message and strong sense of the community's mission. Her command of the facts and an ability to provide clear, concise answers to our questions was refreshing. But what endeared us to Barbara was her warmth, candor and self-deprecating sense of humor. During our periodic visits, we were greeted with a warm smile and an offer of a snack and cold drink, More importantly, though, we were able to assemble the facts, consider them at our pace and come to a decision that we firmly believe was best for Sandy and I at this time in our lives. Of course, the bonus for choosing Paxton Meadows was that Barbara would be a neighbor.

We met Barbara one year ago when we were out with our realtor looking at homes in the area. We were planning on moving to Greer from New Jersey. She was very helpful in explaining the various options we had for home styles and lots. We flew back home the following day and signed a contract.
