Barbara is a meticulous agent who pays attention to detail so that the closing is a seamless process. She thoroughly researched all options so that out of state buyers could view as this was a 55 plus community. She also will keep a seller informed of each process and made a point to be on site to answer any questions that inspector and appraiser might have. She will sell your home honestly and quickly.
There were some trouble with the purchasing of the house due to the seller, but Barbara was excellent in helping me with all the problems and was able to get me a better deal on the house. Overall, she is an excellent agent who I would recommend for someone I know.
