Myself and my husband had been searching all over NJ before we eventually settled on wanting to find a home in Sussex County. We by chance happened to meet Barbara at one of her listings and we teamed up from that point on until we closed on our first home just a couple months after that first meeting. Barbara was my second realtor after my first told me to basically go screw myself because he believed I was not worth his time due to my Pre-Qualification coming back sub-par. Mind you this was right after the pandemic and the last two years was not the best. On paper I was not the best client. However, Barbara didn't seem to care she was determined to go out of her way to find me a home to live in. I promised her no matter what it said on paper I was committed to buying a home; she said I know I believe you and we'll find one, she didn't simply leave me to the rear of the line and get to me when it was convenient to her, she and I went every weekend to look at houses far away from where we both lived to find one that I "possibly" wanted. When the house did not pan out and I would apologize to her saying this isn't the right one and I'm sorry for wasting her time, she simply said it's my job and I don't mind doing it. Finally, two months later I finally found a house that I knew was the right one, unfortunately it was just about sold when she did everything in her power and went above and beyond to contact the sellers and pleaded for me to look at the house; they agreed, and to their surprise I made an offer on the house the same day. From there the fight was not over and Barbara was there every step of the way putting me first and working to get this house for me even though she had other clients to worry about, she always found time to deal with everything on her plate. Of course, in the end I got the house and really a huge part of that is because of Barbara. I implore you if you are looking for a realtor, I would highly recommend her.
