Barbara was wonderful to work with; our transaction was not easy due to being a short-sale and having difficulty with the bank. She worked diligently to get the transaction approved and the house sold. She was available 7 days a week when I had questions or concerns. She is knowledgeable and very experienced. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

I was very impressed with Barbara and her ability to manage a complex transaction seamlessly. There were many moving parts and I feel as though Barbara kept un in the loop at all times. There's nothing worse than not knowing what is happening and Barbara ensured that we knew exactly what was happening with both sides of the transaction. Communication skills were exceptional and she helped us to overcome some significant barriers in the process.

Barbara represented us in the sale of our Sandy Hook home. Although the CT market is languishing, we received a bid for our house and closed on the sale.

Barbara is just simply the best! She was very patient with us in house hunting with 3 small children. Her communication was always very prompt and she was honest with any questions we had.
