Barabara was absolutely outstanding to work with. It was my wife and I's search for our first home. She was great to work with from start to finish. Barbara was a pleasure to work with. She understood the market and priced it perfectly. We sold in 3 days and had multiple offers. She helped us move the town inspections along as we had a quick closing. She found us a handyman that was able to give us a quick repair estimate so we could offer a reasonable credit to the buyer. Was always responsive and helpful. Great easy going personality that made us all comfortable as we wrapped up this final piece of settling our dad's estate.
