I have been in this industry, on the lendiing side, for about 40 years. As a lender, we work closely with agents representing Buyers and agents representing Sellers. I met her once when we came out to hire her as the listing agent, wr spoke over the phone twice weekly for 6 weeks while preparing our home to list, and another time to come out and celebrate and thank her personally for what she accomplished.
