Barbara is one of the BEST agents I've every used, and with 22 years in the military I've bought and sold houses all over the US. She has fantastic local knowledge and takes the time to really evaluate the property value, not just look up stale year-old comps. Her attention to detail and staying on top of all the moving parts was amazing. If you want an agent that just sits on a listing, go find someone else.
